When You Use Up Your RM100 ..........

Your Redtone E-Account Top Up Information (It is a Do-it-Yourself services) :-

1. When you use up your RM100 Start-up Balance (or your Minimum Capital), you may bank in whatever amount you want to top-up in the Maybank Account of Redtone Telecommunication Sdn Bhd, your E-Account will then be top-up with the amount you bank in in about 15 minutes time. The bank details are as follows :-

Name : Redtone Communication Sdn Bhd
Bank : MBB A/C No. 512 343 222 451

2. After bank-in, you are required to send a SMS to notify Redtone as follows :-

Write SMS :- MBB Date Time RMxxx
Example :- MBB 01.01.07 11.59AM RM500

Then send SMS to H/Phone No. 012-327 5858

Operation Hour :- Everyday from 9.00 am to 9.00 pm (including Public Holidays)

3. Should you encounter any problem, you may make a missed call to Redtone Call-in Top-up Centre at 012-2012 014 (missed call).
