To Top Up Maxis Hotlink Prepaid Reload for 012 and 017

The Steps to top up for Maxis Hotlink using your Mobile Phone :-

Step 1. Mobile Agent is to prepare a SMS in order to purchase prepaid reload for the respective amount as follows :-

To top up Maxis Hotlink @ RM10 => Prepare SMS :- Em10 012xxxxxxx Your Pin No.
To top up Maxis Hotlink @ RM30 => Prepare SMS :- Em30 012xxxxxxx Your Pin No.
To top up Maxis Hotlink @ RM60 => Prepare SMS :- Em60 012xxxxxxx Your Pin No.
To top up Maxis Hotlink @ RM100 => Prepare SMS :- Em100 012xxxxxxx Your Pin No.

Note : Your Pin No. above is the 6 Digit No. you received thru' the 1st SMS from Redtone while you are appointed as the Mobile Agent.

Step 2. Send the above respective SMS prepared by you to either one of the following H/Phone No. :-

- 012- 327 5858
- 019-276 9433
- 016-205 4565

Step 3. You and your customer will receive a Message stating that the top up is successful.

Step 4. Should you have any problem, pls make a missed call at 012-2012 014.

To Top Up Celcom X-Pax Prepaid Reload for 013 and 019

The Steps to top up for Celcom X-Pax using your Mobile Phone :-

Step 1. Mobile Agent to make a missed call in order to purchase a Pin No. (for the respective amount) as follows :-

To top up Celcom X-Pax @ RM10 => Missed Call 03-2057 4341
To top up Celcom X-Pax @ RM30 => Missed Call 03-2057 4343
To top up Celcom X-Pax @ RM50 => Missed Call 03-2057 4345
To top up Celcom X-Pax @ RM100 => Missed Call 03-2057 4340

Step 2. After making the above respective Missed Call, you will receive a Message stating the 16 Digit Pin No. for the Prepaid Reload.

Step 3. To top up for your customer, key in your customer's mobile phone *122*16 Digit Pin No.#

Step 4. Then press Call.

Step 5. Your customer will receive a Message stating that the top up is successful.

Step 6. Should you have any problem, pls make a missed call at 012-2012 014

When You Use Up Your RM100 ..........

Your Redtone E-Account Top Up Information (It is a Do-it-Yourself services) :-

1. When you use up your RM100 Start-up Balance (or your Minimum Capital), you may bank in whatever amount you want to top-up in the Maybank Account of Redtone Telecommunication Sdn Bhd, your E-Account will then be top-up with the amount you bank in in about 15 minutes time. The bank details are as follows :-

2. After bank-in, you are required to send a SMS to notify Redtone as follows :-

Write SMS :- MBB Date Time RMxxx
Example :- MBB 01.01.07 11.59AM RM500

Then send SMS to H/Phone No. 012-327 5858

Operation Hour :- Everyday from 9.00 am to 9.00 pm (including Public Holidays)

3. Should you encounter any problem, you may make a missed call to Redtone Call-in Top-up Centre at 012-2012 014 (missed call).

How to be a Redtone Mobile Agent ?

Requirements to be a Redtone Plus Mobile Agent :-

1. Minimum Capital is RM100.

2. Bank in RM100 to the Maybank Account of Lim Yeang Pin as follows :-

Name : Lim Yeang Pin
Bank : MBB A/C No. 5520 2210 3281

3. Please send by courier service or Poslaju your original copy of Bank-in Slip to Lim Yeang Pin at No. 37, Batu 3, Tandop, 05400 Alor Star, Kedah, Malaysia, as a proof that you have deposited the said amount (RM100) into the account of Lim Yeang Pin.

4. Together with your Bank-in Slip, please also include (and send by courier & Poslaju) your personal particulars in a A4 Size Paper stating your Full Name, New I/C No., Handphone No. and Address for Registration purposes.

5. After verification, you will be notified with a SMS (by Redtone) for being appointed as a Mobile Agent, and your Mobile Phone will be top-up with RM100 (as a start) for providing the reload or top up services.
